Kelley M. Guerra, Esq.

 Attorney Kelley Guerra is a hands-on trial attorney,  with experience in criminal prosecution, criminal defense,  family law, appellate work, and civil litigation. She began her career at the Essex County District Attorney's Office, where she served as the supervisor of the Domestic Violence Unit. 

As an ADA, Attorney Guerra tried countless misdemeanor and felony cases and argued hundreds of motions regarding constitutional law, bail, and evidence.  She continued her practice at a boutique law firm,  where she gained  immeasurable experience at a fast-paced practice that covered everything from criminal defense to child custody.

Attorney Guerra received her Bachelors of Science in Political Communications at Emerson College. She received her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School where she graduated with honors.
